Didn't work for me
I love the look of this comforter but I wish I had washed it when I first got it because I would have sent it back.. It has never laid flat on the bed. After washing it looks horrible. The little places where it was sewn all over the comforter just pucker up . I don't think it will ever lay half way right again. In fact it looks like it needs to go in the garbage. I'm trying to remove the little stiches all over the comforter but it's not an easy job. Yes it is soft but that kind of fabric stretches and doesn't look good. I don't know how this item got such good reviews because it's a piece of junk and this is probably the only negative review I'm ever made on Amazon. Don't buy it!!

Like it a lot, just minor nitpicks
The good: It shipped pretty quickly. The material is very soft and appears to be good quality. No loose seams or bad stitching. Held up to initial wash. No color fade or bleeding, and no bunching of the padding inside the comforter. The white is true white. The black is true black. The pillow sham has deep pockets that fit a fluffy pillow. I have 2 flat pillows stuffed in there to fill it out.The not as good: The blue color isn't quite as pictured. I still like it, but it shows more of a powder blue and it's definitely darker and more like a Tiffany blue. The coverage also isn't as suggested. I ordered the Twin/TwinXL size, and I haven't measured it to see if it's truly 68" wide so I can't comment on that, but I had to drape it over my twinXL mattress asymmetrically so it would cover the box spring. It works for me since one side is against a wall, but it probably works better on a bed with just a mattress and flat base, or if you're going to tuck it in on all sides.

Very pretty
This comforter set was very pretty and reversible also to the teal side. We added teal pillows and teal rose pictures to match the bedspread hung on the wall above it.. The young girl I gave it to loved it! Her bed frame was extra tall so we could put bins under the bed but if you have a regular bed frame it should come lower down then in this picture. I have not washed it yet so I don't know how it will hold up.

Not My Favorite
Let me start by saying this is not my favorite comforter I have ever bought. I have a couple of personal issues with it that is really about personal taste. First, the design is beautiful, and I love that. But that's really about it. I think it is way too lightweight. There is no weight to it at all which for me translates into it's not warm. I've had to put another blanket on top of it in order to keep warm at night which really defeats the purpose of the comforter. The material has a sheen to it that I don't like. I think it makes it looks cheap. The underside is a beautiful turquoise color; however, on the white part of the comforter you can see turquoise stitching lines. Why are these showing through?? It's so obvious against the white fabric. I'm already looking for a replacement for this one.

Beautiful beautiful
July 13, 2019For aesthetic, it's very pretty and was exactly how I hoped it would look. I wasn't all that okay with it not coming with at least a fitted sheet, but the plus was 2 beautiful little pillows. Anyone on here who said the comforter was thin material either lied or was just unlucky because it is decently warm and heavy as any other twin comforter. I have yet to wash it to really tell whether if the colors fade or not, but for now, I'm just ready to enjoy my new bed set. I am very pleased overall.UPDATE August 23, 2019So today was my first time washing my comforter and lovely to say it DID survive the wash. Still full of color. No fading at all. Once again, absolutely pleased with my buy.
