Good for keeping items in sealed containers dry. Spices, Tools, gun cases, electronics ...anything that needs to stay dry to prevent corrosion and rust/ breakdown from moisture. Well-made, functional. Individually packaged in airtight bags. Months (years?) after purchase, I used one to rescue a headset I had unintentionally immersed. Ready to use, and capable of being recharged and reused. I'm glad I bought a "never know when I'll need it" product.I also use them to keep chips and cookies crisp (in ziploc bags.)

We keep this in our storage bins in the basement and they work great.

I use these to throw in with my 3D printing filament and to keep the moisture content in my drybox low. I like that they are small and compact, but they seem like they absorb a lot of moisture. I also like that I am able to put them into the oven and dry them out when the beads are black and they will release the moisture and be reuseable again. They are a good value for the money, but if you are storing a lot of filament, then 3D printing a storage container and filling it with loose beads might be a better option for you.

I used them for my ammo boxes and gun cases. They lasted pretty long until they turned green. I followed the instructions to the letter, but they never turn to orange again. They remain green and didn't want to leave them in oven too long. Ended up throwing them out. Just went with the pouches that I toss after a while. I can get more of them for the same expense. I was hoping to get more than one time use out of them for the price.

I use these to help dry out the carpet in my car. They helped. And later I reactivated them in my stove following directions. It also worked. The illustrated colors are a bright red and vivid green, but in reality the indicator colors are quite muted more like dark orange and a dark black-green.
