I've used shampoo bars in the past and had good results, but using Garnier Whole Blends Restoring Shampoo Bar has given me great results! Quick to lather and clean my hair - on the first use it left me with shinier, smoother, softer hair and I couldn't be happier. I also have less shedding! Did I mention that it smells great too? Honey Treasures is a delicious, light scent that doesn't overpower at all and the shape of the shampoo bar makes it easy to hold. Try this, you'll love it!

I love this product!! I have thick curly hair and this product is definitely my must haves. I love the way my hair feels after using it . It feels light and refreshing and hair feel super soft. It doesn't feel weighed down. One bar goes along way. It's suds up very quick with a abundance of suds. It smells good too. This product is great. Especially if your into not put chemicals in you hair. Must have for me .

First, let me start with some information about me. I have thick, curly/wavy, long hair that I wash about four times a week. My shampoo before was leaving my curls limp and oily, and I had to wash my hair almost every day because of it, so I decided to try this. It my first shampoo bar, so it did take a transition period for my hair to adjust, but after that, it worked fantastically. It smells amazing and it left my hair clean and soft after washing. The reason I am giving it four stars is because by the time I was whittling the soap down to about the end of its life, it started to crackle and fall apart, as you can see in the attached picture. I got about three months of use with it before this started happening. Other than this, it worked fantastically. Also, I give it four stars because it does not work well in hard water, so if you have hard water you will need to do a rinse with vinegar or be left with waxy feeling hair. For the money, this is a good shampoo bar. Definitely worth a shot if you are new to them and just want to try it out without breaking the bank!

I have used bar shampoos for a couple of years now. This is the first brand I bought. I've tried other brands and this is the one I always go back to. It has great lathering and makes my hair feel really clean. It lasts quite a long time considering I wash my hair every other day. I love the light scent too.

This product works great! Application of the shampoo bar is much like washing hands, then applying it to hair, from the roots to the ends and not in circular motions. This prevents tangling to to occur.

I was looking for a lower cost alternative to Hibar. Hibar is the best shampoo bar I’ve tried out of a half dozen or so shampoo bars. The Garnier honey shampoo bar is lighter weight and not as dense as Hibar, so fail there. The Garnier bar had a sickly fragrance so I set it in the garage for a week hoping it would fade a bit. Once unpackaged, used and set in the shower, I could smell the fragrance as soon as I came in the house after being gone all day. It has a semi-natural honey fragrance but a strong synthetic undertone that’s kinda nauseating. If you’re someone who uses fragranced body care, cosmetics, laundry products, cleaning products, etc. you probably will like it. I don’t enjoy smelling like a chemist’s idea of mountain breezes and generally avoid fragranced body care. I guess I thought it would be naturally sourced, my bad. Unfortunately it left a residue and also dried out my hair. I may research Garnier’s other bars to see if they’re fragranced differently or if reviews say it leaves their hair soft, etc. It would be nice to be able to grab a bar shampoo off a shelf at a large retailer. Im stubbornly avoiding plastic packaging as much as possible. But Hibar is where I’ll be spending my shampoo dollars. Please don’t acquire them and ruin the product Loreal!

I have used this item for years and when I tell you I am still impressed with it, please believe me. I have thick, curly hair and am prone to dandruff. This stuff leaves my hair smelling nice, looking shiny, and does not weigh down my curls. It does not irritate my scalp. I do rotate between this one and the other scents and they are all good. Also, these are amazing for travel.

So pleasantly surprised by this!! I’ve been using Whole Blends Honey shampoo for years now so I was really excited when I heard it was coming out in bar form! I’ve been finding ways to cut back on plastic so this was a really fun find. The bar itself was smaller than I expected (fits in the palm of my hand) but the box says it should last ~2 months. I was nervous about the consistency but it became sudsy instantly and it felt just like I was using the liquid shampoo! I actually ended up using too much the first time (directions said to rub on hair from roots to tip but I don’t need that much). Smells just like the normal honey shampoo, too! So excited to use this product and feel good about my environmental impact! I will say that Amazon shipped it in a plastic bubble wrap package but the bar packaging itself is cardboard/recycled plastic. I would recommend Whole Blends consider a 2- or 3-pack option so I can cut back on the Amazon packaging and number of deliveries. But overall would recommend this product and will be encouraging my friends and family to try!! UPDATE: My shampoo bar finally ran out after THREE months of use!! My hair length is down to my chest and I have thin hair but I usually wash my hair 4-5 days a week so i'm very happy with how long this bar has lasted! Still extremely happy with this product and will continue to use this plastic-free alternative :)

No residues, leaves hair soft but not entirely stripped like liquid shampoos do. I tried many brands, this one works well, smells good, last super long. Tip: let it dry on its side, otherwise tends to split in two.

I had my doubts, but this shampoo works and smells great! Lathers up nicely and leaves my hair clean. However, I found this exact product WAY cheaper at Walmart, so I will buy it there from now on. The price here for two bars is ridiculous! (It was cheaper when I ordered it.)

Works great - gives my hair volume. Love a product that has less packaging. Amazon needs to avoid putting in a big box tho. Like figure that out asap!
