I have taken these for several months, along with D'Mannose to prevent UTIs. I truly believe the combination is working.

Worked well for me.
These work really well for me. Don't upset my stomach or the whole digestive system. They have another product that is not for women that I buy as well. I alternate them buy taking one, one day and the other variety the next as in every other day. They are mild and just make one "regular". No diarrhea, loose stools or constipation, or at least that has been my experience. They have no after taste nor cause any odd smelling stools. I do wish they were a little less expensive though.

Contains the 10 Strains Necessary to Help Prevent UTI's
I had a debilitating UTI 3 years ago, and I have read many articles on how to prevent UTI's caused by E. coli. One strategy was to take probiotics with 10 specific probiotic strains in them. To get those strains, I had to purchase two different women's probiotics. I would alternate taking them, one on Monday, the other on Tuesday, and so forth. I have had only 1 UTI since that incident. This product has all of the strains in it, and I have added a picture of the ten various probiotic strains. I just purchased this product and look forward to taking them and saving money by not having to purchase two separate products. I also take D-mannose which is a naturally occurring sugar found in a number of fruits, including apples, blueberries, and cranberries. This product also contains cranberry. This sugar is the reason that cranberry juice has been commonly recommended as a UTI treatment. D-mannose is effective because it attaches to E. coli bacteria, causing them to stick to each other and preventing them from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract. The bacteria can then easily be eliminated from the body during urination.
