We originally bought this product at our local grocer. They stopped carrying it and we were so happy to find it offered by Amazon. This light but flavorful sauce is just what a blander tasting fish needs. So tasty together!

One of the healthiest aioli you’ll find anywhere.

I LOVE THIS SAUCE.It is one of my favorites. Pairs so well with fish.It is a little on the pricey side which is unfortunate as it’s hard to find in stores. But I will continue to buy it because it’s THAT DAMN GOOD.

I received this product for Christmas, 2022 from my “gourmand” sister and loved it! I most often bake fish in my toaster oven: 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness at 400F - as Julia Child taught me. I wash the piece of fish in cold water and pat it dry with paper towels very well.Then spread the aioli in a thin-ish layer all over the top of the fish and bake as above. Delicious! I hope it’s back in stock now as the jar is empty and gone to the great recycling center in the sky.

This is great on a burger

This delicious condiment is very hard to find in stores. So it’s a bargain when I find it here. We use it in place of mayonnaise. Comes wrapped very well, never broken in shipping.

The aïoli had a cap with a dent in it, which was not secure, and the product had obviously been exposed to air.It was two GLASS jars packaged in a paper bag with no protection. Both jars had dents in them.
