Great pens and each color writes very well! Comfortable to use, and a good value getting 3 pens with 4 colors each. I put two of these in my work bag and now I can take a variety of colors every where with me, but in an easier to carry package.

I am super picky with pens and I have purchased these SO many times I’ve lost count. I am a nurse and this is the only pen I will use when I’m working! I usually take report in one color and write my updates in another - it just helps me stay organized throughout the day! I like the color options and quality overall. I also feel like a lot of retractable color pens get stuck/don’t retract easily, that is not the case with these. I like the variety of colors and truly have not been talked into any other pen for work!

These have replaced the old Bic 4 color pens I used to carry because the quality control on these is far better. Every one I've used has all four colors that actually work, they don't require too much pressure to write, and they write smoothly. I prefer four-color pens like these because I can take notes in multiple colors for easier reading later, as well as draw more easily when I need to. I now always have one of these on me when I go out as my regular pen.

This Paper Mate Pen is an excellent writing tool for anyone seeking a smooth and consistent writing experience. • PROs: The package contains three pens. Two of the pens have four ink colors each: Black, Deep Royal Blue, Bright Red, and Green. The third pen contains the following four colors: Purple, Lime Green, Turquoise-Blue, and Magenta-Pink. So that’s a total of EIGHT different colors in this three-pack. (FYI, the pen with the Pastel Lavender grip is the one with the four Springtime Colors; whereas the pen with the gray handle has the black ink and the standard red/blue/green assortment.) • CONs: This is Day One, so I can only make preliminary observations at this point, but so far the only downside I’ve noticed concerns the Lime Green ink. It’s OK, but not writing quite as smoothly as the others. The other seven colors are all working perfectly. • THE UPSHOT: So far, I like it a lot. I’ll come back later and edit this review if I have any other comments. P.S. For those of us who are old enough to remember when you didn’t have to do this... Remember to remove the little wax balls on the tips before trying to write. And you may want to do so with a paper towel because a little ink may get on your fingertips. It washes off easily enough.

These are a nice alternative to the Bic four-color pen. The ink is a little smoother than the competitor and it's generally sold at a lower price. It's nice to be able to write in different colors without having to grab a few pens. It makes it a lot easier to make things stand out in notes.

I’ve always liked taking notes in multiple colors, and many years ago I tried the Bic multi-colored pen so that I wouldn’t have to carry so many colors. It wasn’t pleasant The writing experience felt rough. It felt like I had to dig into the paper to write, and I’d be left with a sore hand soon enough. After going through two pens, I decided to abandon them forever. 10 years later, I bought a pack of colored papermate pens. The experience was so smooooooooth. They quickly became my go to pens. But I still didn’t like carrying around multiple pens. Yesterday I was wistfully remembering the “good old days” when I had a single multicolor pen, wishing the writing had been as smooth as this one. Why couldn’t papermate have made a pen like that? Wait. What if they did? I rushed over to my computer and opened up Amazon. And there it was. The papermate multicolor pen! After a couple minutes to verify that it had the same ink as the pens I had at home, and I was happily hitting “Buy Now” The pens arrived today. I ripped open the packet to test them out. I put pen to paper… It was ecstasy Not only was this the smoothest pen I had written with, the handle felt marvelously ergonomic. I’ll be using this as my go to open for as long as they keep making it…perhaps I should start stockpiling them, just in case

Oh a huge favourite in our lives. I love these pens now as much as I did when I was young. Perfect gliding every time and if you love underlining as much as I do, then, this is the perfect Penney never have to pick up another one. I love the four colours and it makes me want to try the pens that may not exist anymore that have six or eight colors. This pen last so much longer than any other pen I’ve ever tried. I will continue using it until forever.
