Smart Parts Freak Aluminum Insert Kit

(Girlfriend's review) I'm relatively new to pb. Got an empire axe with stock barrel that I was not too impressed with. Did my research and struck GOLD with this! Also bought the carbon fiber deadly winds barrel. So glad I did. Had my camera (Ion air pro) attached to the barrel during some games and when my bf and friends watched the video after they were really impressed with this, and totally jealous :D love my Axe I'm very proud. Will even consider buying smaller inserts than what was included as the better quality balls are so small.

If you paintball you know that this kit has everything you need. It will help with accuracy and efficiency. Buy one if you can spring the money.

My son requested I order this for him. I really know nothing about the product or its use. I can tell you he said the size was not put on very well and would wear off in time.

Make no mistake, the Freak Barrel system is great! This was supposed to be a birthday present. The gun it was for, came with an integrated Freak barrel, so I just needed the boremaster set. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I ordered it off Amazon. (It even cost me a little extra to get it in time). It showed up in time, but when I pulled it out of the box, the Freak Case was mangled! It honestly looked like they had played soccer with it in the warehouse. The case was badly scratched all over, holes were worn into the back side of it. The paint had been almost enitrely scuffed off the logo, and the clear windows were both broken out. It was a mess. The inserts themselves seemed to be fine, but the case was a mess. I ended up returning it and buying it from my local proshop.The product came from Doro Sports. This is not the first time my friends and I have had problems with them. I will make sure to aviod doing business with them in the future.

This is an excellent kit. Of course, you have to use it with a barrel that takes Freak inserts. Given that, it is hard to beat. On most barrels there are only three backs. Granted, that covers the majority of paints, but only about 75% for me. I usually end up wanting a different size than the typical three and this kit fits the bill. I also like the 0.679 for those rare occasions where I had to use tiny paint. Highly recommended.

the tubes are blurry witch makes it hard to read the size of the bore and they are not in great condition some have scratches and slight bends so they dont qit fit right.
