Crafted from durable stainless steel, it fits large pots from 7 to 14 inches wide and up to 5 gallons capacity. Built to withstand high-heat cooking tasks like candy making and sauce reductions, its configurable U-paddles provide a customizable fit and superior stirring performance. Note: StirMATE base unit sold separately. ## Description Bring your StirMATE to the big pot. OMNI-XL replaces the standard wand with a stainless steel shaft and four adjustable U-paddles for stock pots up to 5 gallons. The shaft and paddles are all stainless steel, so OMNI-XL is made for high-heat cooking: candy, caramel, toffee, and dark roux. It's just as good for big batches of soup, stock, and gumbo, milk heated for homemade yogurt and cheese, and much more. Use one to four paddles to suit a straight-sided pot: 7–14 in (18–36 cm) across the inside and 4–12 in (10–30 cm) deep. StirMATE Gen 4 mounts OMNI-XL directly to the Rotor; Gen 2 and Gen 3 use the included adapter, a snug press fit by design. The kit includes the shaft, four U-paddles, the mounting adapter, and two optional silicone tubes for the bottom paddle. Every part is dishwasher-safe. StirMATE and cookware are sold separately. ## Features - Turn Your StirMATE into a Big-Batch Stirrer: OMNI-XL replaces the standard wand for stock pots up to 5 gallons. Ex: pasta sauces?** A: They're fairly sturdy. I think it all depends on how thick your sauce is. If it's too thick it may stress the paddles and more importantly the mixer mechanism. **Q: Is this dishwasher safe?** A: I wash mine in the dishwasher ## Frequently Bought Together - StirMATE OMNI-XL Stainless Steel Stirrer attachment for up to 5-Gallon pots.
