Partsam 2pcs 3/4" Mini Amber LED Marker Clearance Turn Signal Air Dam Light, 3 Wires, 12V

Picked up three of these for my 2017 Super Duty. I installed them into the blank plastic cover plate that’s located between the bottom of the tailgate and above the license plate. There are several small LED’s in each unit forming a line, has a nice look to it. My lenses are red, round and come with a grommet that fits in a 3/4 inch hole. They come with three wires; I wired black to ground, white to my marker lights and, red to the brakes. They come on with the parking/marker lights and go bright when the breaks are applied. Pictures are shown in marker light mode. UPDATE: It has been about a year and a half and these are still working fine, no issues. I live in New England and these have survived two winters. Great product.

I put them facing down on my air curtain intakes to create an angel eye effect. They work perfectly and don't draw alot of amperage because I spliced into the side marker light wiring and haven't had issues like blowing a fuse. Also it's seen major rain storms in extended high speed intervals and not a problem. The grommet fits fine I don't know what these complainers are talking about. Didn't bother with the turn signal, just wired them to be brightest all the time.

These lights wired right up and performed as expected. I installed these on my 06 Jeep LJ, using the three wires from the original forward facing signal/marker. In case anyone else is doing this same install on a 06 TJ/LJ (not sure if other years are similar in wiring color), here's how I connected the light: Jeep BLACK wire to LED BLACK wire (driver and passenger sides both) Jeep WHITE/YELLOW striped wire to LED WHITE wire (driver and passenger sides both) Jeep WHITE/GREEN striped wire to LED RED wire (driver side) Jeep WHITE/BROWN striped wire to LED RED wire (passenger side) One thing to note, however, is that these lenses are a little darker amber than the pair of LEDs I got from Metalcloak for my front tube fenders. I don't mind it, though - just thought I'd mention it here in my review.

True 3/4 fitment work great in my Jeep TJ flat tube fenders. I just popped them in and wired it up. They fit nice and snug .Three wire LED set up so it can be hooked up for parking and turn signal light. they are visible during the day and light up the garage at night. They have a decent side light profile as well. The lens is domed just a bit and is one piece sealed unit. I liked them so much that i mounted another pair on each side like the factory set up. I wired them exactly the same as the front so even when the signal is on and the parking lights are on they will flash, but not go dark like the factory light would do. I can not say as to how long they will last as i just installed them but figure since they are LED they should last a long time. On my jeep the front light plug showed ground, major, and minor. So i hooked them up Black to ground, Major (green w/black stripe) to the red wire and Minor black w/green stripe to the white wire. everything worked like a champ i didn't have to add any load resisters or a special heavy duty flasher because they flashed normally for me but I don't know about the newer Jeeps

These surprised me by how bright they are, I used these as turn signals for some hard bags I put on my bike and they're easy to see. Good size for what I was going and they look good. Time will tell on durability but they've lasted a riding season so far. For the money I think they are worth it, would buy again!

18 gauge wires but 22 gauge would have been fine is what ran to power them. But rather have bigger then smaller. :). Using bright setting as running light on backrack. True not much difference in brightness as others have indicated but as running lights work great.

Grommets are good and once set with a little spit at lube the lights slide right in. I integrated these lights to the ones included on my metal cloak jeep body armor. They look great and I drenched them in water and mud and holding up great.
