Absolutely amazing PQQ supplement! I'm incredibly thankful to Research Labs. I have been under the care of a cardiologist for the past 5 years and had a recent stent installed. So when the cardiologist put me on a statin and ubiquinol CoQ10, and then recommended this product to help with ubiquinol uptake, I listened and also did research. I'd never heard of it before. Most people don't realize it but statins wipe out CoQ10 in your system along with reducing your cholesterol levels. This can lead to many heart related issues, not the least of which is a heart attack. You must replace the CoQ10 in your body, which is far easier said than done. Unfortunately, many cardiologists simply don't talk with their patients about it, as medical schools rarely teach their young doctors about the advantages of non-prescription supplements. Since they don't talk about the CoQ10, they neither talk about which version of it to use. As it turns out, younger people can absorb the cheaper version, but once you hit age 50ish, that slows down. It is at this point that you should switch over to ubiquinol CoQ10 that absorbs better. But even then, absorption is limited. PQQ helps with that and should be taken whenever you take your ubiquinol CoQ10. This however, was just the first reason for taking PQQ. Mitochondria biogenesis basically means that your body is creating new mitochondria. You can find out far more than I can write with a few Google lookups, but in summary, mitochondria are responsible for energy conversion in your body and they are found in many organs such as the liver and heart. They mutate over time and this contributes to loss of energy and function, essentially known as aging. Nobody is suggesting that PQQ is the fountain of youth, turn back the clock, or restore hair or hair color. However, increasing your body's production of mitochondria is currently one of the holy grails of anti-aging and can help to prevent further damage, add overall energy to your daily living, and perhaps slow down the aging process. For me, I wasn't expecting much other than what the doctor said about the ubiquinol CoQ10 uptake, so I really don't think it's any kind of placebo effect. However, I've found a significant increase in overall energy, and so far a 10lb weight loss without changing anything else.

These tiny capsules are easy to swallow and help with focus and metabolism. No noticeable aftertaste.

It is the first time that I take this supplement and I can say that it is not a placebo effect or anything like that, I come from a mental exhaustion from my work that I have had to deal with for the last year. I have been doing physical activity that has helped me in part but it has not been enough to take away this feeling of tiredness. One day I heard something on a podcast about this PQQ that helps with post-covid symptoms such as mental health conditions like difficulty for concentrating, memory loss, and related to physical and mental exhaustion. I never related my tiredness to the virus since I never tested positive and received the respective vaccines, but what I felt was similar to what these pills treated so I decided to give it a try. I've been taking it for a couple of days, and I can say that I'm starting to feel less of that mental exhaustion that I was talking about before and I think this is enough probe for me that it's doing its job. I hope to feel an overall improvement as the months go by since there are 120 pills and I take 1 per day,I don't have a preference for a particular brand, I was just looking for the best price and Research Labs offered the best in terms of price and content.

I notice a mild boost in focus and energy, but nothing dramatic just a little extra mental clarity. Overall, it feels like a solid, clean supplement, but don’t expect instant miracles

Wow! Amazing! I just can't believe how many new mitochondria I have popping up all over my body! I can even see them in the mirror. My wife even says she can't help but notice all the new mitochondria I have these days. I've got one on the very end of my nose that I don't really care for, but I'm happy to deal with that one to keep feeding the rest of them. (I'm just kidding. HOW WOULD I KNOW WHETHER OR NOT I WAS GROWING NEW MITOCHONDRIA?!)

They are good, however, be careful with this product if you taking medication, it counter acted with some meds that my BF was taking and one of his breast grew with pain, now he has to take hormones!

I started taking this with my co q 10 twice a day and I feel like I'm not in autopilot so much as I used to be. Very notable after 2 weeks. I don't know if it's just me. But this is how I feel. Good luck. Hope this helps.
