Such as Harris safety silver number 56, 45 for brazing stainless steel. As far as soldering stainless steel what I found works best is Harris stay clean liquid flux. Along with Harris safety silver number 8 solder. However I've had better success with the applications such as brewery components with Harris Bridgit solder. Hope that helps.
