They are too small !** A: If there is issue about the ear domes , please refer to the information on first page of the user manual for after-sales support. Choose a suitable ear dome and proper insertion of the ear dome is key to getting enough loudness and avoid whistling. **Q: Why do I hear whistling / feedback from my hearing aid?** A: Whistling is usually caused by an ill-fitting ear dome. Please choose the proper size ear dome and make sure it is inserted correctly into your ear canal. A secure and snug fit can effectively reduce feedback and improve sound quality. **Q: How often should I replace the ear domes?** A: We recommend replacing the ear domes every 1–3 months for optimal comfort and sound performance. Regular replacement helps maintain a proper seal and prevents sound leakage or whistling. **Q: Why is my hearing aid not loud enough even when volume is turned up?** A: Insufficient loudness is often related to the ear dome. Using an incorrectly sized or worn-out dome can break the sound seal. Please check and replace with a properly fitting ear dome for clear and sufficient sound. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Fit *by H***N on May 10, 2026* They are a great fit for my ears ! ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK *by R***D on March 30, 2022* have to wiggle to get to charge, --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/317885591-banglijian-6-pack-0-47-12mm-open-soft-ear-domes](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/317885591-banglijian-6-pack-0-47-12mm-open-soft-ear-domes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
