Burned my stew :(
First of all I didn't take into account that 5l meant to the rim of the pan. So it was slightly smaller than I wanted.Second, a lot of the vegetables stuck to the bottom of the pan after simmering on a medium heat & being stirred regular and are proving difficult to clean off. So I decided to take photo's after trying to clean it.I'm not happy at all.

Un excellent ajout à ma cuisine, qualité
J'ai récemment acheté cette faitout Tefal en acier inoxydable et je suis absolument ravi(e) de mon achat. Elle est magnifique et semble très robuste.Le couvercle en verre est super pratique pour surveiller la cuisson sans perdre de chaleur. J'ai déjà cuisiné un ragoût de poulet (voir photo !) et le résultat était parfait : la cuisson est homogène et rien n'a attaché au fond. Les poignées restent froides, ce qui est un vrai plus pour la sécurité.Elle est compatible avec toutes les sources de chaleur, y compris l'induction, ce qui est très pratique. Le nettoyage est aussi très facile. Je recommande vivement ce produit à tous ceux qui cherchent une casserole de qualité durable !
