Liplux SPF 30, Organic Lip Balm Sunscreen, 0.15 oz

Love this brand and they never fail. Used this all day (in and out of the water too) on vacation and it protected my lips perfectly without annoying amount of re-applications like other products. Also gave a cute half-shine over my matte lip balm and I am in love (yet again with Coola). Goes in smooth, not too thick like other lip SPF products and I’ll continue using this every day year-round, either alone or on top of my mattes! Love you Coola, you win again!!!

I’m outside constantly. Walking and training dogs. Working in the garden. Playing pickleball. I needed a good spf lip balm that was easy to put on and did not taste perfumery or gloopy. This one is great. I LOVE the little canister that screws on and off so it doesn’t pop off in my purse. And the consistency is stable despite heat and cold.

After a diagnosis of skin cancer on my lip, I have been on the hunt for the best lip SPF. This one checks almost all the boxes. It feels nice, it moisturizes, and the tube is incredible (it’s a screw top so it won’t accidentally come open in your pocket or bag). But no matter how careful I am to avoid licking my lips and wiping it off before eating or drinking, it always finds its way into my mouth and it tastes like sunscreen. I use it for hiking or other times I know I’m going to be in the sun a lot, but won’t use it daily because of the taste.

I purchased after reading NYT wirecutter review—looking for excellent sunscreen for vacation. The product is great, no bad tastes and excellent sunscreen and moisturizing, but the package is awful. The “lid” is a layer of plastic inside a metal tube and this quickly came apart in my purse. Now it won’t stay twisted shut as the liner is misaligned. Disappointing!

A bit pricy but worth it. I hate sunscreen lip products. They taste terrible and are greasy. Unlike others this does not taste bad, goes on smooth, and has great sun protection. Great for vacation or anytime you’re outdoors.

saw this on nyt wirecutter and since i am always looking for great lip balm since i live on a ranch and am outdoors all the time, i bought it, even though it was pricey. opened it, put it on and now the outside cap will NOT stay on it. it simply falls off. hard to take it anywhere when it won't stay closed. used several times and it seems like a good product but WOULD NEVER REPURCHASE IT - too $$$ for what you get with suspect packaging.
