Great Squat Rack bar pad. Highly recommended. Super comfortable. Definitely helps. Only thing if you're going super heavy. It can make the bar a little unstable. Other than that, great product.

I mainly use this for hip thrusts, and it works really well. It provides great cushioning and protects my pelvis bones from the pressure of the bar, which makes the exercise much more comfortable. I also use it on my shoulders for squats, and it helps a lot to avoid pain or discomfort. The padding is thick enough to make a difference but still feels stable. It stays in place during workouts and feels durable. Overall, it’s a great addition to my gym routine and definitely worth it.

This pad has noticeably increased the amount of weight I can squat because of the added comfort. It significantly reduces pressure on my neck and helps with neck pain during lifts. The material is thick and well-cushioned without feeling bulky, and the overall design is both effective and well priced. The Velcro closure is secure and easy to use, and it stays in place throughout workouts. The padding is substantial enough to offer extra protection as well—it has even saved my husband from a bumped head when the Smith machine wasn’t fully racked. Overall, a very well-designed and practical product.

Solid bar cushion. This was the same one my gym had but some dude destroyed the one they had. I ordered this for myself. I bring it the days I do back squats. It does its job and cushions well. Stays on the bar and doesn’t fall off. Funny - how if you take care of things, they work well

Gets used every week for hip thrusts on the smith machine. Excellent product and very comfortable. Saves my hips!

Ich habe mir den Pad für schwere Hip Thrusts geholt und finde die Wirkung absolut genial! Dabei war ich anfangs recht skeptisch, weil ich auf Grund von abstehenden Hüftknochen schon ab 80kg Gesamtgewicht zwei Fitnessmatten für ein halbwegs gescheites Padding zusammenrollen musste und trotzdem Schmerzen und blaue Flecken hatte. Mit dem Pad merke ich von der Auflage her gar keinen Unterschied zwischen 50 und 120kg, die Belastung schluckt er einfach weg. Das einzige was ich bereue ist so lange mit dem Kauf gewartet zu haben!
