For reference, I am 5'9", 169 lbs, usually wear a 34x32, and the Large fits perfectly.

This is the best set of scrubbs for the money that I have worn in the past 5 to 10 years not only are they very accommodating with pockets upper and lower just comfortable with the elastic waistband along with the pull string if you need it. If the fly was open that would be asking for a higher price. It's good right here.

It seems to be well-made. The material seems sturdy. I have not had them long enough to determine how durable. It's a shame I have moved to a Large, but here we are. The sizing seems right. Don't get the black. Every little bit of fur, dust, lint, pollen, shines out like crazy.
