Oct. 2020 I was diagnosed with Covid-19. In the months since, I have dealt with fatigue, depression, and heart issues. I know some reviews stated they had intestinal issues when starting these. I suggest you titrate your dose. For the first 5 days, I took 1 tablet. Days 6-10, I have taken 2 tablets. Today was the first day I have taken 3 and I haven't had any issues. They do help your BMs to be more productive. I had my husband take them and he was quite impressed in that regard. One last pro, I have dealt with hormonal issues all of my adult life. One of those issues is adult acne. Since starting these, I can tell a huge difference in my skin. The only con, they are chunky. I can't swallow all 3 at the same time. I like to throw all of my meds in and get them down but these bad boys like to be taken on their own. They are perfectly manageable one (or 2) at a time though.

A friend recommended these multivitamins. We bought some and get it! We absolutely love these multivits. So many ingredients, vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, wholefoods in one tablet. The pills, at least to me are not hard to swallow, which seems to be a common negative about this product. I dont know if it is because I am used to taking what people would call "horse pills" or not. In any case, you definitely can smell an earthy smell when you open the bottle, and they claim to have a decent amount of vitamins without claiming it's 100% daily value in one pill. I like that they don't claim that since your body can only absorb so much nutrients in one go, so spreading it out the way they did does make it, at the very least, more believable. I did take notice that I do feel significantly more "healthy", if that makes any sense. Energy and concentration seem to be better, which makes me think my body is getting the right nutrients to have that happen. Overall, I would recommend this to others who need to supplement their vitamin levels because of dietary restrictions, or people who just need to get a better grasp on their health with some help from vitamins.

I like the 'all-in-one' factor of these vitamins. Multi-vitamin and multi-mineral, instead of having to take multiple products. I know that I do not get enough fruit and vegetable servings everyday, so that is a major benefit of these pills. They are average size, not difficult to swallow. 3 pills is a serving size. The taste is ok, pretty much like any other vitamin tastes...swallow fast and don't think about it! I've been taking them for a week now. These pills pack great nutrients. However, the pills are huge and are extremely hard to swallow. When I try to swallow them I also get a horrible grass-like taste that I can’t stand. I prefer to crush them and put them into something but I can usually still taste it.

I have hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's so I used to feel very tired and would get catch cold very easily. I started taking these vitamins daily about a year ago (it says to take 3 daily but I can only handle 2) and I have to say that I feel great!
