This TV is amazing. The installation took a little longer than expected due making an enclosed deep holder for the box behind the tv. Love how tight it is to the wall. The feature of being able to upload your own pictures is also a plus. I want one for the bedroom now! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a clean look with a tv that looks like a beautiful piece of art.

We purchased this TV (55 in)in May 2022. Noticed a significant color change on the right side of the TV a couple months ago. We decided to call and were told service would come out for $140.00 non-refundable fee, but decided to move forward as we don’t like filling landfills with TV’s. The tech arrived and looked at the TV (ran the diagnostics that I’d already run with Samsung tech help on the phone) told us that we needed a $900 screen and we should just buy a new one. Collected his $140 and left. I called Samsung and they agreed to provide us a new screen thankfully. I’ve seen multiple videos on YouTube showing this is an issue. Seems the service company is just running around and collecting checks for a sub-par TV. I’ve had many flat screen TVs for many years. All are still working and have gone through multiple house moves and are at our kids houses etc. Very disappointing that an expensive “fancy” frame TV would have such a short life. I definitely would not recommend this type of Samsung TV to anyone regardless of them being willing to repair in this situation. If you do, plan on needing service and get an extended warranty!

We had a gas fireplace installed abd wanted a new TV to go over it. This is perfect. We don't have any wires showing and we show beautiful artwork when the TV isn't being watched.

Love this TV!! Have had it for about 2 years. Easy set up. Picture quality is crystal clear. Fits perfect. I love that there are no wires. Great sound quality. Not one problem with it yet!

I purchased this TV as I have three other Frame TV's all of which are great. Unfortunately this one was used and damaged. First off, the sound does not work despite spending hours with Samsung customer support, mount was damaged and missing pieces and the previous owner was still singed into the accounts with his email. Extremely unprofessional and deceitful business practice. I have contacted the seller to make things right twice now with no response. I'll update this review if they do the right thing and refund my money for this.

I have another frame tv that is bigger and a different model- works great! This one- I’ve had less than a year and have had nothing but issues. This month a lone Ive had 3 service calls. Tv is a lemon and they refuse to replace the tv they just keep replacing every part of the tv instead.

It must be from another model. Not only were some pieces broke, It was too wide for the magnetic part to clip

First the picture is very nice in TV mode. As for the art mode it has a pink hue to it. Can not get rid of it in the settings. I thought it was from lighting but it is there with LED lighting or with daylight. My whole family can notice it. It shows badly if you have the white mat setting turned on. This is the main feature of the TV.
