Waterproof WiFi Indoor Outdoor Weatherproof Enclosure Cabinet Box

This enclosure was well worth the investment. The 110 connections made it so that we did not require additional parts .

I just installed this yesterday, so I don't have any long-term feedback on weather resistance or wear. However, the enclosure seems well-designed and durable, and I figured out how to splice an electrical cable into the built-in outlet to power a Ring alarm extender, and a Sonos amp that is driving a pair of outdoor speakers. It just barely fit (and had to be rotated, actually), but it works.Note that the hole for locking is not large, so some outdoor/beefier padlocks will not fit.So far, so good.

Our project needed to bring WiFi access to an outdoor area that currently has no access. We needed a weatherproof box to shield the Wireless Access Point from the elements. This box is exactly what we needed. Its sturdy, seals securely, and houses the WAP providing a secure, weatherproof solution. We bought one and liked it so we bought a 2nd one. Great Product.

The cabinet was exactly what I needed. Plenty of room and built to house any type of WiFi device. I particularly appreciated the velcro inside the box, which helped secure loose items.

I received this a couple of days ago and found it to be a good outdoor box that allows me to install a small 18v power supply, a POE power supply and a Wireless extender so I could power a Camera and charge the battery in my Electric Gate setup. Notice that I have three units that need power. The Box that I received had international/universal power outlets and only two of them with no way to add more. I am a bit disappointed that it did not come with the US outlets that are shown in the description. I am using a small power strip in order to add another outlet to my requirements. Otherwise it seems to be a good purpose for what I am doing with it.

I am mounting these on poles around a campus to house a POE switch that connects/powers cameras and radios. Perfect for my application as I will need a 110v outlet at each location. Velcro is nice, I wish it had a back plane to mount to with small screws but heck, it get the job done.

This is my second purchase of this enclosure. the first one is mounted on my metal garage 200' from my house with an EERO extender to provide WIFI to my garage. The second one is going to house a Ubiquiti UAP AC mesh Access Point at my boat dock some 475' from the house which I ran a direct burial Cat5e to my light post where it will get mounted. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing WIFI remotely.

I don’t write product reviews.But here I am.This is an excellent product.I am now using it to hold a Rachio sprinkler controller.I was at a loss because power was an issue.The old sprinkler box had 120v ac running to a 24v dc transformer within the box. The Rachio, however, has a separate 24v dc transformer. I needed a 120v source that was weatherproof and in the same weatherproof container as the sprinkler controller itself.With this box, I was able to use the existing ac and wire the built-in outlets. And because I added the optional 2nd outlet, now I still have room and power for more accessories, like a barebones 12v driver for outdoor lighting.I couldn’t be happier with this product.
