## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do side buttons work?**
A: Press once to check battery level on the display. Double tap to enter/exit low current mode. Triple tap to view voltage and current on the display. Long press the power button to turn off.

**Q: How can I prevent my device from stopping charging at 85%?**
A: Due to the large capacity of this product, it is recommended that you discharge the product to 0% after receiving it, and then recharge the battery to 100%. No interruption is allowed during charging to complete the battery activation.

**Q: Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?**
A: The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged Romoss Power Bank offers an estimated 33000mAh to 42000mAh to power devices.

**Q: How can I keep my power bank in the best possible condition?**
A: Charge your power bank regularly. Even if you don't use the power bank for a long time, remember to charge it every six months to keep the battery level around 50%. This is because power banks can discharge even when not in use.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One Beast of a Charging Pack!
*by R***N on March 28, 2025*

After 3 years of use, this thing is still charging strong!Pros:-Multiple uses per full charge-Charge multiple devices at once-Visual display (Percent Remaining, Bolts, Amps)Cons:-Heavy but needed due to its Mah-Ports are flimsy (USB-C no longer works because the contact has separated with use-Takes a while to charge but amount of charges from device outweighs the time it takes-Amazon could not get me in touch with US customer service to solve. Would pay to repair.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it!!!!
*by ***. on August 27, 2025*

Last for days. Holds so much juice. It is heavy but that’s expected for the power. Charges at a decent speed to. Definitely value for money:

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Could be used as a weapon it’s so heavy, but that doesn’t distract from how great it is
*by S***A on August 15, 2025*

This thing is awesome, do be aware. It only has one USB-C in or out so one USB-C port in total I got mixed up and thought the lightning port was a USB-C. It is not so do be aware, but overall even beyond my mess up, this is a great product and it’s been going strong. Do be very aware that this thing takes forever to charge even with a power brick that can do 65 W it takes many hours. But it does have a great value for the money that you spend on it. It is very heavy though you could use it as a weapon, but please don’t. Overall, the heat is fine for a big giant battery pack. You will not burn yourself or others, but you could use it as a hand warmer.
