I initially got this for some international travel. Needed something that would keep everything organized. This has a great little pouch of 3 different types. A bigger mesh pocket on the bottom, flatter mesh pocket, and then a small mirror and a flatter non-mesh, pocket. You can roll it up and put it away. It's got a great hook for hanging on doorknobs or, well, hooks, haha. As other reviewers have said, it does make it hard to close when it's way to full. I guess that helps with keeping things minimalistic :pOverall, it's an awesome travel bag. I used to carry 3-4 cosmetic bags and now I just bring this. It makes things much easier to organize. The cons are that I can't just dump it into a the Washing Machine. the top portion with the mirror has a sturdy portion of it. If I had to guess, it's made of cardboard and not plastic so I'll prob have to wash with a damp cloth, which really isn't washing it at all (read: moving the dirt around onto the bag). Sigh. After traveling so much, it'd be great to just toss it into the washer with all my other stuff, but alas, woe is me. Dirty it is. Maybe one day, I'll have the courage to pop in the wash - I may also regret it. It's also not cheap, which is a HUGE bummer. Sigh. $35 bucks. Gosh.In summary:Pros: Great for travel - keeps everything organized!Cons: Pricey for what it is and can't machine wash it! [ugh!!]I did not receive a discount or get this item for free. I bought this toiletry kit for a business trip to Europe for several weeks. I am the type of person that likes to keep my hotel room super tidy - clothes are kept in drawers or closets. Luggage and shoes are placed in closets. I hate clutter and always disliked the way the bathroom counter was cluttered with toothbrushes, razors, facewash, etc.This helped me stay organized and I didn't have to pack my products into plastic zipbags or plastic shopping bags. It definitely helped me stay more organized. I use it all the time now for weekend trips as well.My only gripe is that it does not actually fold due to the number of items in it. I end up just laying it flat in my suit case so it is not a major issue but its a bit annoying when I pack it in a small gym bag that holds 2 days worth of clothing.

This is the ideal size, and I love the configuration. I'm tired of toiletry kits that are just glorified stuff sacks where I have to dig through everything to get what I'm looking for. I used to struggle with not knowing what I had, getting frustrated with tangled messes, and needing countertop space to set and unload a sack of items. The two mesh pockets in this kit allow you to see what you have, and the one zippered pocket at the top hides what you choose not to advertise. (gas-x strips and tampons, anyone?) The size is perfect for me to carry travel size Aveda products, a full size toothbrush, etc. The one and only negative is that the hook Eagle Creek is using is now plastic. The hooks used to be metal. The plastic isn't flimsy, but I would have liked to see the metal ones continue.

Great for guys or women who pack very light. My only critique was the lack of a detachable liquids compartment found in the larger versions. I recommend toiletry kits with a hook because counter space on the road is becoming more and more rare.

It is slim. I a, a minimalist and not a girly girl and was hoping this would be the perfect fit. While it fits everything flat I cannot rolling up and close so I had to take a few things out. Overall I like it thought and would recommend it.

The product was way too compact and small to fit all of my toiletries. Very unsatisfied.

Perfect for my trip to FL! I travel light (read: minimalistic on makeup and toiletries), so this fit perfectly. Now that I'm home again, I've hung it on the back of my bathroom door to hold extra bathroom supplies (toothbrushes, razors, hair ties, etc) until the next trip!
