I use these clippers frequently on my son's long hair kitty when he gets mats. The clipper is very quiet. It cuts well and has a long battery life. The clipper is also lightweight. I like it much better than a well known brand I used for years when I needed a cordless clipper. The price is very fair also.

Very nice set, especially for the price! The Clippers were fantastic and they are very low noise so it doesn’t scare my puppy. I was really happy with all of the supplies that come with the kit.

I groom my 80# and 40# Doodles every 6 weeks. They each take 2 hours. I have a couple clippers. This one was purely a backup to my better clippers because they don’t last 2 hours. I decided to use this one for the whole 2 hour grooming session to see how long it lasts bc my other ones have battery life readouts, this one doesn’t. This one lasted the entire grooming session. Afterward it charged up rather fast compared to charging it initially (came totally dead). So keeping that in mind it seems to me it had quite a bit battery left. My dogs are swimmers so I shave them and it did a very nice job even when they got a little sweaty. It’s light and maneuverable. The only drawback I would say is the on button is right where your grip shuts it off occasionally. It is very quiet compared to the other ones I have. I almost doubted its abilities when I first turned it on, but nope it worked very good. TIP: (My dog kicked it and it fell onto the cement garage floor and the blade flew off) There is a specific way to take the blade off and on using the setting on the collar! There is a sheet specifically for this process. I could not for the life of me put that blade back on. Sure enough, coincidentally, I had that collar set to .08 which allows the blade to come off when it fell. Setting the collar to 2.0 allows it to be attached. So I would recommend not throwing out that piece of paper. Keep it with the clippers for future reference.

These clippers worked good, problem I foresee is they use one blade made of plastic to make them quiet…which my dog likes the quietness, not sure of longevity due to design. 30-40 bucks, cheaper than one groom price!

I typically take my dog to be groomed but he's getting up there in the years and gets more and more nervous for things like that. I got this set to try out cutting his hair myself, I figured it was worth a try to alleviate a little bit of his anxiety. I am actually disabled and have several issues with my back and hip so I'm probably not the most mobile of people but I had to do this on my own, and this set made that much easier than I anticipated. My dog is a 30 lb mixed breed (shih tzu and lab lol) who's very strong for his medium frame. I started out by turning it on next to him just to get him used to the noise and nothing really seemed to affect him. He continued to sleep. I actually got most of the way through the side that was exposed while he was sleeping before he woke up, and when he did he just looked at me sniffed the clippers and laid back down again. The biggest problem doing this was having to flip him over while he just wanted to sleep. I was so happy that the noise didn't scare him. I also really appreciate that the set comes with a comb and a pair of scissors because that helped me get the hair on his feet, ears and genitals a little better. Everything is very well made, the scissors and the trimmer are nice and sharp but still safe. I read the instructions so the trimmer was very easy to use and adjust as needed. The size of the trimmer is perfect, it's not the size of a full human one but it's not small either, it allowed me to get his entire body easily without it taking forever. I used the trimmer consistently on and off for at least an hour or more and nothing overheated which was another one of my worries with a product like this. Overall it took less time than I expected, and I was able to cut his hair in less than 2 hours. I was actually worried that he might look weird, my dad has cut their dog's hair before and it came out looking like he cut their hair. I was hoping to do a better job and this set made it very easy to do that. I don't have any skill in cutting hair, I do cut my partner's hair but not on a regular basis just to get length off when he needs to go shorter. (I mostly help him get his cowlick.) Diesel actually came out looking like we had taken him to the groomer. Not perfect obviously but it looks nice, I found it very easy to get a very even trim all the way around and I even did a couple of areas of shorter hair and it was easy to fade one into the other. Diesel was very happy to have the hair off for the summer. I'm getting ready to trim him up again in a week or so and I thought about making this review. If something happened to this trimmer I would most definitely repurchase it for the volume level alone. went way over my expectations!!! best dog trimmers i have EVER used! my outside dog likes to roll in the mud and tends to get clumped up and matted after and these trimmers cut right through like it was nothing! also very quite which i like because my dog is very timid

Absolutely 100% worth the price! I honestly feel like I owe these clippers MORE money for how well they work! A little backstory: I have a Schnauzer who is basically every groomer’s nightmare. His vet has prescribed him Trazodone, Gabapentin, and Acepromazine to help with his anxiety and nerves during grooming. Despite all of that, he has still managed to get fired as a client by our local groomers because he is so difficult to handle. Barking, biting, snarling, showing aggression... the whole nine yards. He will even snarl at my husband and me when we try to touch his feet. Because of his behavior, we finally decided to try grooming him ourselves at home. LET ME TELL YOU. THESE CLIPPERS ARE AMAZING. This dog, who normally acts like we're committing a war crime whenever we touch his feet, LET ME GROOM HIM. I was able to trim his entire body, including his legs, WITHOUT ANY OF HIS MEDICATION, and he only showed signs of discomfort ONE TIME. The clippers feel safe and gentle. They didn't seem to pull or snag his hair at all. They just glided right through it. They're easy to maneuver and comfortable to carry around, and even with heavy use, they never got uncomfortably hot. The entire grooming process was honestly almost effortless. I went from expecting a full-blown battle to wondering why I hadn't bought these sooner. If you have a difficult, anxious, or particularly dramatic dog like mine, JUST GET THE CLIPPERS. 😂 Absolutely worth every penny!

Everything seems OK about them, but that doesn’t matter because the battery life doesn’t last long enough to use them. I make sure they’re cleaned and oiled and yet I can only get through one dog. That is a medium size terrier. I also have to bring them out beforehand and make sure that they are charged fully first. Even a full charge does not last long.

So happy with these. I'd originally bought the pet trimmers alongside my old clippers. Was so impressed bought this pair of clippers to replace my old ones. They are lightweight. Quiet. Multiple combs and settings. They are cordless too. So for starting out, other than needing brushes and scissors it's all you need. That said the little white trimmers really help with details like face and paws. When clipping small twitchy dogs these are great. Had them about 8 months and used about 5 times. They are great. Only downside you can't pull the blades apart to clean or replace when they get blunt. So will not last as long as my old set but were a fraction of the price. If you are a home groomer, doing basic clipping these are grest.

Jag har en liten blandras tik, (Cairnterrier / dvärgpudel / springer spaniel) som jag klipper själv. Har vi flera år kämpat med olika trimmers och var på gränsen till att betala någon annan för att klippa henne när jag kom över denna fantastiska maskin, och för ett mycket bra pris dessutom! Works amazing well. Very light weight. Came fully charged. No problem going through my shitzapoo’s 4 inch coat. Small enough to do a fantastic job on the feet and pads and the face, but tough enough to do the body. Price is more than reasonable for its quality. Scissors were sharp and did a good job with final touch ups.

This was a very nice set of clippers however so not buy these if you are looking for clippers to shave an angora rabbit. These clippers would not cut angora fur at all. Probably great for a dog or cat.
