I purchased this to learn french. So far it helps since I know the story so it is not really difficult, but I would not recommend to beginner as the narrator speaks quite fast.

I'm back to studying and reading French for the first time in many years. I needed something I could read without constantly reaching for a dictionary or going to an online translation site. It does help, of course that I've read the entire Twilight series in English and it is always entertaining to see how the English is translated into French. Translation is hard, I worked as a translator ( NOT French) many years ago and it is challenge to get the "feel" of the book across. The only way to do it is read and understand in language A and then think in language B. Whoever did Fascination got it right.
