When I was looking to buy this and trying to determine if it was the right size, I had to laugh out loud at the amount of varying replies. Also, I I think reviews for other products get mixed in to cause even more confusion. However, in my case, this white replacement globe fit my ceiling fan perfectly. In my pictures I tried to show the Inner Diameter and the Outside Diameter of the neck, along with the height. As others have noted, it does not come with the screws. You need to use the ones you have or buy some separately. I am very happy with how it looks. The ceiling fan itself is still dated, but somehow it feels not as awful to me as when it had the flowers on it.

My son hit the cover of his light on the ceiling fan in his room 12 years ago and broke it. I looked in many stores and was not able to find a replacement. After years of searching, I found this one, and it worked like a charm! Perfect fit!

I needed a globe to update an old fan that could not be removed. Found this globe and it is perfect for my old fan. Along with replacing the fan blades I feel like I have a brand new fan. The globe is very nice and fits in perfectly with my old house. Make sure you measure the diameter of the opening so you get the right size globe.

My husband and I ordered one of these because our old light casing shattered. We wound up liking it so much that we ordered a second for a [matching] fan in our kitchen. To our surprise, we wound up receiving an extra [that we didn't order], so we decided to return it (since we didn't need it). The seller was amazing and gifted us the extra! I would highly recommend this product if you are shopping around! Would definitely buy again (if needed)!

Make sure you have measured the original and that it compares exactly with this one. If the globe looked like this one, it's probably the right one.

I got this to replace the one on my fan, which is too shallow for any light bulb I can find. This one is perfectly sized and fits the fan perfectly!

The light fixture was fine but it comes from a seller who requires you to pay return shipping, which means it isn't worth it because the fixture is worth only $12.99 from any hardware store and you get stuck paying much more from Amazon and then getting stuck with it if you need to return it. I donated it to a local charity but buyer beware that if you don't like it, or in my case, it didn't stay on secure, you can throw away your money along with the fixture.
