Has anyone tried these for essential oils? Will they stay in tact with liquids/oils/extracts in them to be able to prepare them in bulk?

Yes I fill mine with essential oils for the week and don't have a problem with the capsule dissolving, unlike the vegetable based capsules.

Can you fill with seasoning and cook with these?

I am not sure as I have never thought about using the gel caps in cooking. I would contact the NOW company and ask the question. Remember these are gel caps and can be digested in your tummy. I can't imagine how the gel caps will appear as they "melt" while you are cooking as you increase the heat in foods when cooking.
