Coeliac’s heaven
I have coeliac disease, and have been buying products from Isabel’s for a few years now. My favourite was the dough balls, but now I’m a super fan of the pizza base mix and the waffles mix! The products are very highly quality, very easy to make and adaptable to different diets/tastes. Price-wise I think in todays market they’re great value for the quality and flavour. If you are, or love, a coeliac, give Isabel’s a try. They have a website but now sell a few lines on Amazon where you basically get next day delivery.Highly recommend.PS sometimes they’ll pop in a freebie if you’re lucky! That’s how I came to love the waffles…

Amazing!
I can't believe these are gluten free! Very tasty, easy to make and perfect each time.Crispy on the outside, soft inside.Can be frozen raw and then baked taken straight from the freezer - there is no loss in quality.

At last decent GF products!
This and the pizza base mix are the best thing I have tasted in ages, certainly since going GF. Both need kneading for a good 12-15 mins but it is worth it. I loved it so much I contact Isabel to let her know and she was so responsive. I hope this product becomes very successful for her. Brilliant!

An expensive way of buying cassava flour and a recipe
Most proper brazilian mixes have most of the cheese already in and you only need to add eggs and water - this is essentially just cassava flour, so perhaps cheaper to just buy that and do the whole recipe from scratch. However, they turned out tasty.
