Beautiful stainless steel, durable, weighty, no scratch edges.
Sturdy, easy to open and close, gorgeous stainless steel. Came perfect, not a scratch, a ding, perfect. All 8 sides, front and back, come with protective film. Quality. Fits on my new prep cart perfectly. It has some weight to it so it shouldn't blow down if the weather interferes. Love the idea that it all folds on the same side. So, if it gets dirty on the inside, you collapse it easily to bring to the sink. All the same facing sides touch. You won't get the back dirty unnecessarily. Has a protective edge so it won't scratch your stove, countertop, prep carts, etc. I'm using this around a cook top burner for outside. The hinges between the stainless steel are effortless to open and close, but it holds it shape.
