I have had arthritis in my knees since I was in college in the early 80s, and have sometimes had flareups in one knee or the other (rarely both at the same time, fortunately), with surgery required only a few times over the years. Each time I've seen a doctor for a flareup, they usually give me something to provide support to the offending knee until it returns to normal - the support solutions have ranged from a simple Ace bandage wrapping to a complete calf-to-thigh wraparound brace with Velcro closures and metal hinges on the sides to allow some flexibility for walking, none of which have been both effective AND comfortable. The bandage wraps are comfortable but not supportive; the wraparound brace with metal hinges was very supportive, but decidedly NOT comfortable. Most of these devices are currently in a box with other medical supplies I rarely use. Just over 2 months ago, I suffered a torn meniscus in my right knee and, due to extenuating circumstances, I was unable to see an orthopedist until last week; I needed a brace that was both supportive and comfortable so I would have mobility until then. The Neenca brace has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars, with 61% of the ratings be 5 stars. It's specifically recommended for a torn meniscus because of it helps stabilize the kneecap while providing support for the ligaments around the knee. I've worn my Neenca brace almost every day for over 2 months and will continue to wear it until my knee replacement surgery in September. It takes less than a minute to put on or take off, provides comfortable support, and can even be washed fairly easily. I consider it the best $20 I ever spent.

I am 71 & have terrible pain around my kneecaps. I've been to the Dr and physical therapy, with little relief. I love going to the rock gym to climb & was afraid I'd have to give it up. I bought these knee braces. While not 100% comfortable (but they're not that bad), they do support my knees 100%! I haven't felt any pain while climbing. They seem to be well-made & the support & stability are just what I need!

This is a wrap and not a sleeve so putting it on does not always fit as snug as a sleeve or brace. It gives good support and ok to put on once I get used to it. Some parts of the fabric can poke the skin if not put on right. The fabric itself does not cause skin irritation. But I like the open patella and back in times of hot weather. Also when in church kneeling the open patella is more comfortable. But for a better fit I prefer the brace over this wrap.

I've tried many...none work perfectly for me. This one is good for kneeling. Downside is it chafes a lot. I tried to wear it over some type of leg covering which helped.

Runs small, needs more space around velcro so as not to scratch and hurt (hard to close just right). Quality product though, very dependable. Gives good support.

After reading alot of positive reviews I thought I'd give this Knee brace a try. And I'm so glad I did!! I haven't been able to hardly walk in the last 2 weeks after hearing a loud pop in my knee. I needed something to add stability to my knee so I can move around and not have the sensation that my knee was going to buckle underneath me. When I first put it on on my bare knee I was confused about the straps but after some practice with how to use them I don't have any Problems. The Brace is open on the back so if it bothers you against bare skin, wear it over a knee sleeve. That's what I did and it works Great!! Today I was actually able to do some housework and laundry without Pain!! And I owe it all to this Neenca knee Brace!! Is my knee 100% now?! No. But this knee Brace is allowing me to actually walk with little to no pain. It will get me through until I see the Orthopedic Surgeon and he can figure out what's going on. If you're on the fence about ordering this... don't be. This thing has really helped me!! Thank You Neenca!!❤

I purchased the knee brace and the upgraded knee sleeve, then wore both for around a month each to see which I preferred. The brace is incredibly supportive, provided great stability, and felt much more comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and other walking activities. Being able to adjust the placement and pressure with the straps was quite helpful and added to the benefits. The only downside was the straps crossing the back of the knee were very uncomfortable on bare skin. I started wearing an old, thin knee sleeve underneath to limit the irritation and that worked well. Then I tried the upgraded knee sleeve. The fit was very snug in a good way, and it stayed in place much better than any sleeve I’ve ever owned. Very rarely had to adjust it. However, the stabilizers on the side are what mostly held it in place. The rubbery strips were useless, and completely rubbed away and peeled off within the month. I was able to sleep in the sleeve, which more difficult with the brace due to bulk and comfort issues. Leg pain normally wakes me up at night, so that was a great benefit of the sleeve. The sleeve also allows for much better flexibility when active. Overall I give both a 4+ rating. Each one works really well as designed, and I would recommend either. If you have to narrow it down to one, the brace is far superior for stability, and the sleeve is way more comfortable and versatile.

ES de muy buena calidad, me he echo un esguince en mi rodilla con artrosis, y al dia siguiente me llegó. Sujeta muy bien y es muy cómoda y fácil de poner. Pedí una XL, ya que mis piernas son gorditas. La recomiendo 100%

I love this knee brace as it is a strap on which is easier to use than a slip on. Just make sure you select the correct strap on version as I notice the model changes with sizes. It gives ample support, just a little bulkier and heavier than I would like it to be. But overall - very good.
