Personally, i really liked it. Delivery was very fast for this item. We can easily adjust the jump rope for our different heights. The rope of this product is solid with nice color. I used this product at many places and i am not seeing any kind of issue in this product. I recommend this product. The best thing about this product is any one can use this product by adjusting the rope.

The quality of the material is good, with nice look, so if you are gym lover, then difinatly its a great gift for you, so you can do some workout especially when you have run out of time, I use it for 10min only, coz no more stamina and time especially in morning. SO nice gift for your workout.

The rope is very lightweight and easy to handle. However, after I adjusted the length, it doesn't swing around as easily and sometimes it twists in on itself which makes it difficult to keep a regular pace. For a beginner, this is decent rope. The resistance band is very flimsy and did not stay in place. Good for the price I got it at.

This rope works well and requires no cutting if your 5"10/178cm. If your taller you may have an issue with the rope. If your not as tall it is possible to make it shorter - I cannot comment on the process of shortening as I did not need to do it for me.

High quality and good weight. However I find the length a bit short to do certain moves while jumping as there isn’t enough space, but for normal skipping this is perfect
