I purchased this bag as a gift for a friend, she trains puppies for people with special needs.This bag is very well made and should outlast many puppies in training. She keeps the puppies from 8 weeks until 18 months – teaching the dogs basic commands and exposing them to different environments. She uses bits of food and treats to entice the dogs to respond appropriately. The bag she had been using has disintegrated and this bag is a great replacement. It has enough room for treats a small toy and a collapsible water bowl. The carrying strap is adjustable so she can use it or her husband can use it. The strap could be used around the waist or over the shoulder. The bag comes with a matching poop bag dispenser that clips on. They even included five rolls of bags. The canvas is heavy duty and the top has a draw string. Great quality bag and comes with 5 rolls of baggies so makes a great deal! The treat bag has a little storage space on the bag with a slit that enables you to easily access baggies on the go. I gave it 4 stars for while it is a great bag, the belt is a little big - I'm not super skinny but the bag slides off my waist during puppy class even though I have it as short as it can go so need to take it in a bit.

Love this thing. I wanted a bag to wear cross-body, and this is it. For walks, I can comfortably carry a lot of treats, a ball, bags, phone, & keys. During training class, it's easy to quickly grab more treats without fuss. It's not overly bulky but it's good & sturdy. After 3 weeks of constant use on walks, in the house, & in class, it still looks brand new. The only thing I don't like is that the slider on the cinch around the top falls into the bag & I'm always grabbing it by accident when I reach in for more treats. Not a big deal. Would definitely recommend.

Great bag - perfect for walks. The straps are very long. When I have them cinched all the way small, it is still too big for my waist. I love the options for waste bags on either the key chain or directly from the bottom of the back pocket. Side pockets hold my phone and keys with a ton of room in the big pocket for treats/toys/even a small bottle of water.

I don't like it--the product is not what I want, but it is not the fault of the seller. The seller did their job, and did it well; however, I do not like the product. Why? There are lots of reason why. To begin, the top uses a cord to close it, and that is not what a "Trainers treat bag" needs. I ended up purchasing one that spring loaded closure, that allows me to snap the top open and closed to get to treats when I'm working with my dog. Those of you who train, know it is pointless to work with a dog when you cannot immediately get to a treat to reward the animal during sessions. Nothing is more frustrating than to have to dig for a treat while the dog sits there waiting for it. WORSE, after the moment passes, the reward is worthless. ON cold mornings when you are trying to lose the cord to et to treats, it ends up being a waste of time and counterproductive. The bag might work for other purposes, like holding gloves, potty bags, sunglasses etc., but it is NOT a good treat bag for training. Again, not the sellers fault--it is the product itself.

I like the style of this bag but the drawstring end fell off already. It was the second time I even touched it. I had to burn the ends of the strings so they wouldn't fray like crazy. I also don't like where the doggy bags are located. They're located on the inside (which touches you) and creates a lump in your side. It came with a clip on dog bag so that's better. For $10 I guess it's okay. The one picture doesn't really show the bump but when's it's pressed into you, you sure can feel it! Hurts after awhile

I'm so glad I got this for when I go out walking with my pets. I have always wanted to get one and my local pet store was out, so I ordered it at amazon and I am so glad I did...love it!!! I'm in love with the poop bags it came with as well.

Very sturdy bag, but I hoping to use it more for training. Getting the treats out quickly during training, is almost impossible though, so I will definitely be using this more for walks and keeping dog treats, bags, my keys. etc. handy.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW DUE TO RECENT ISSUES:Having only had this item for just 3 months I was a little concerned when I started to see the same issues that many have commented about and that is that one of the strap clips has become detached as the fixing loop had broken. In addition, at the same point, the material has started to fray and the bag is starting to fall apart. I have still rated the product as a 3 star product as I am still able to use it but it's not a product I would buy again; I would probably invest in one a little more expensive but will last.--- ORIGINAL REVIEW (BELOW) LEFT FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSES ---Absolutely first class! This dog treat bag was purchased so I didn't have to fill my pockets every time I took my dog for a walk. The bag is fantastic quality and with thought for everything you can imagine. It has two zippered pockets (the rear pocket can be hard to get to whilst you wear the bag round your waist) so you can put things like treats in them or a small mobile phone if needs be. There are a total of four clips to hang such things as the doggy bone poop bag dispenser, your keys, your lead whilst walking the dog off the lead and other useful items you might consider taking whilst on your walk. There is even a rubber grommet for threading your ear phones through from the centre pocket which is closed by a "lockable" drawstring. This pocket is large enough to hold two or 3 tennis balls and a spare roll of poop bags, just in case, or even a larger smartphone! The 75 supplied poop bags are strong and large enough to accommodate any sized dog, so you shouldn't have any issue cleaning up after your dog has done what he or she needs to do.

I was looking at treat bags but found them quite expensive (simple bag that is attached to your belt for around 6 pounds!). Purely by accident, when shopping for puppy stuff on amazon I noticed this bag.It has little pockets, poo bags holder that can be attached to the bag or your dog's lead and it's a nice size to fit your keys, phone and treats etc.It's so much better than the ones I looked at originally!!It's simple and black so both male and female dog owners can wear it and it can be worn as a tiny handbag or around your waist.Now... Many people say that the strap is too short.... I DO NOT agree with this. It's great length to wear over your shoulder or around your waist! It could be too short for your waist if you are SERIOUSLY overweight! So please ignore people who said that if that's what is stopping you from purchasing this item.Also... Some people said that the poo bags included are not good quality/too big.... Once again I must disagree!! They are not the most amazing bags out there but they are GOOD QUALITY and average size (I usually buy ordinary ones from my supermarket and the ones provided with the bag are SLIGHTLY bigger than that ones).The only downside is that poo bags are advertised as scented ones and I personally cannot smell anything. Not a big deal but a lovely daisy scent would be a nice bonus! :D

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this dog pouch has just about everything wrong with it. Initial impressions were good: well designed, plenty of room for not just dog biscuits but all the other things you take on a walk (phone, keys etc.) and a useful poo bag dispenser. However, if you want to wear it round your waist, even with the tightest of strap adjustments, it kept slipping down my waist and hips, and I am not exactly 'petite'. Over time, the stitching has come apart at every seam, including the waist strap, the poo bag strap and the seams of the pockets. Yes, it looks good on paper (or PC screen) but it really isn't well made or durable. Avoid at all costs.

This is the best treat bag I have tried. I would definitely recommend. It is a really good size with flexible storage and is designed to be very neat (it sits flat against your body), and feels much less bulky than you would expect from the size. The waist or over shoulder strap optopns work well. I have a big phone (samsung note 5, similar to iPhone 6) and it can sit in the back pocket, and although the zip won't do up it is secure and easily available. The poop bag accessory is nice and although I won't use it with this bag (plenty of room to put bags in its other compartments), I will attach it to a lead when I don't have treat bag with me. I have a very small treat bag I used to use everyday and thought I would just use this occasionally but actually this doesn't seem much bulkier so I use it all the time. Very pleased!

Bought this so I had something for either myself or partner could use to walk our puppy. We are currently still training so to have something for treats was what I was after, so I didnt have a pocket full. The fact it has poop bag dispensers and came with poop bags fragranced poop bags I should say is a bonus, it has plenty of space to hold keys, phone and cash or cards. We have also found room for a ball, Its versatile enough that hubby wears round his waist and I can sling it over my shoulders. Editing after using for the first time yesterday. The poop bag holder ripped when husband pulled first bag out....the strap could be a little longer for comfort whilst walking. So after considering these issues I've considered changing my stars but have left it as a 5 star as it's still a ideal item. Shame the poop bag dispensers ripped. Now have to try and find a alternative to connect to it.
