Good price still decent 1 year in!
I purchased this set of 2 knives over one year ago to this month because I literally had none. Are they high quality, still sharp and 100% pure forged to perfection stainless steel? Probably not but they've worked great for me so far and I have nothing to compare them to! I use them almost daily. Recently I noticed the chef's knife is getting a little dull from use, so I am considering buying something to sharpen it. You also have to make sure they are completely dry and wiped clean after washing them because I noticed when water sits on it in the drying rack it has a tiny bit of rust. After being more aware, that has gone away and they look great.

Very sharp!!
While I have not used these knives as they were purchased as a gift, I did inspect them and found them to have great balance and feel, they were very sharp and I found them to be just very comfortable in your hands!! The quality of the steel I believe to be very good and should maintain an edge for a long time depending on how it is used and maintained.

Good value for under $7. Handles bot great, but, nice blades
I like these because of the low price (I paid $6.59) and the good quality of the steel blades. The stainless steel is very smooth, strong and sharp. I was surprised by how thick the metal is, they don't feel flimsy or bendy and they have a heaver weigh than I expected for this price. The handles are light weight plastic and could be better if heavier. but this doesn't much effect usefulness. The handles don't look or feel as nice as expensive handles. That said, really great knives can cost so much more; for anyone on a budget, these are a fair choice.I will update if they break or fail in some way. For now, I can reassure anyone that for under $7 you will have useful tools. These 2 knives cut well, are very sharp and strong, and they work well for food preparation! If you are a professional chef, you will know these aren't top of the field, but, these aren't useless garbage! I have paid much more for knifes which were not as good. I have noticed no pitting in the steel. I keep knives clean and dry, which is good practice for any stainless steel.

Good set of sharp knives
I used the Chef knife to cut some meat. Did a fine job. The knives are well made, full Tang, and sharp. Aa good enough set for the money

Good sharp knives! ergonomic handles.
These are handy for paring or the big one for cutting watermelons and are way sharp. You'll like the ergonomic handles.

Impressed at First / Not so much now
This knife set came razor sharp which is good and all. I mean knives should be super sharp right? And they are still super sharp. You knew a "but" was coming didn't you! BUT, they are both showing rust spots on them after just 3 weeks of use. And it's not like we have them just sitting around in yucky dish water all the time. We don't. They get used, washed and put in the drawer. Nothing crazy.
