Only one problem, overall, worth the effort.
We love this machine. The only problem we have had is that the face construction is welded plastic and the face and feather dispenser was broken upon arrival. We opted to keep it anyway and repaired it with metal materials. We have a yardbird for our chickens but it would destroy our quail in processing. This one does a beautiful job with smaller birds due to the softer and extra fingers. We love it!

Too pricey for the quality of work. Plastic exterior
The quality vs the price. It was a pricey piece of equipment for being made of plastic. Yet it was still on the heavy side even though it's exterior or all the tan/cream parts are plastic, so it's frame must be a heavier metal. The motor looked new so hopefully it doesn't go out for a while
