Good but maybe could be a little stronger?
Started off really great..gave me energy and I wasn't as hungry. However, after a week or so I didn't feel much of a difference anymore.

This tea works fast and taste pretty good!
This is tea taste better than I expected. It is loose leaf, so you will need a steeper or a strainer. The tea has a mild taste, you can add honey or even lemon for taste if you like. It came in minimal packaging which was good for environment. I will definitely purchase again.I received this at a discount in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

Good for giving you energy.
This tea is very earthy smelling but tastes like a matcha green tea, it is a loose tea so you need to have either a tea infuser or tea sacks (I had both), a fine mesh strainer could work too. I have been drinking this for a few days now and while it does give you a good bit of energy when you drink it, I have not noticed any decrease in my appetite at all, I'm not hungrier either, just regular hunger. I'll keep drinking it just in case takes over a week to notice a suppression of your appetite and I'll edit if anything changes.I did receive this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review however my opinions are solely my own. There are no rewards for positive reviews nor are there consequences for negative ones, my reviews are based entirely on my experience with a product. This tea is pretty neat. I lost 2 pounds so far. I have been drinking it with every meal. Three times a day. Also it tastes got and has a sweet taste to it. No bitterness like most teas. The best part is the weight loss.
