How to charge two-battery connected series

Each 12-volt battery must be connected to its own charging bank. The batteries can remain wired in series.

Will this work on a single 24 volt battery: chins 24v 200ah lifepo4 battery, built-in 200a bms?

The GENPRO10X2 is designed for charging 12V per bank, it can be used to charge two 12V batteries wired together in series for 24V, but would not be capable of charging a single 24V battery.

how many 110volt amps does this pull?

The GENPRO10X2 draws a max of 2.5-amps at 120VAC.
