The man that made me read again.
Before these dark times we live in, I would travel to and from work on the bus, which was about an hour each way, and this was the only time I'd read. Now working from home, I've effectively 'lost' that time I had to myself. I've tried to read, but just couldn't get in to the swing of reading. With no end to the working from home scenario quite yet, I thought I'd never get my reading mojo back.Queue these mini instalments of Bitesize Bruce.Of course I'm going to be biased, I think. I've been a fan of Mr. Campbell since I first saw a man strap a chainsaw to his arm and take on the evil dead at the age of 9 or 10, and of course I've got all his books: If you've read any of these, then you'll know what to expect, and although this book isn't a biography, it is a nice collection of witticisms and anecdotes from his life and experiences.I enjoyed it, and I'm sure any fan of Bruce Campbell would.

To read or not to read.... to read for sure
This is a book of wonder and amazement. I read Bruce's first book his autobiography of the evil dead filming and got this for a holiday read. (Caravan in Devon) Bruce can weavet the written word of an essay like he was in the room reading it to you. Some of the topics wasn't my thing. Being in England, the American subjects are a bit hit and miss. But over all a very good way to waste your day

Well worth a read.
Excellent read. Observations, thoughts and experiences from Mr Campbell. Makes for a good read in the pub (now that we can do that again!). The writing style puts me in mind of Bill Bryson which is no bad thing, and I love the insights given to some of the processes he's been through over the years.
