I own a small collection of the Jack Frost gel packs and like them a lot; they usually have an insulated side and a non-insulated side; So I am hoping these are the same as the previous design.I use them for neck or shoulder pain or stiffness. The insulated side is safest method to prevent frost burn in therapeutic usage.
