Just Velcro straps as advertised. They are of reasonable quality.

This is a good product. Great variety of lengths so you can use for a different applications. Sturdy with a strong grip. We use ours to hold our bikes securely on a bike rack for travel. I recommend this product.

I'm constantly hooking things to my pannier bike using these straps. Windbreaker? Bike lock? Sandwich? Strap it down.

Used these to hold down the pools solar cover. They work like a champ and held up to some crazy storms. Also used them to hang up the pools floaties so they don't sit on my garage floor. I keep finding uses for them so I will probably have to buy more

Pros: Cheap. —Has a buckle rather than some that just has a whole punched. —does come in two sizes which is helpful because on jobs that small it’s hard to estimate the length correctly. Cons: —Only one sided that the velcro side isn’t marked, so they are fairly difficult to use when you have to hold the item you are tying down because what you are tying down isn’t staying together by itself and constantly feel your strap to see if the velcro side is up. —buckles are cheap and not generously sized, once again making it challenging to use them when you are holding the material together that are strapping. —I agree with the other reviews the velcro isn’t that strong which is a result of lower quality Velcro that just doesn’t stick as easily as higher quality would. Again, making a bit harder to use.
