Consistent good quality
Usually a very good product. I always put the flour in the freezer for a couple days just in case of bugs. I bake a lot of bread and other baked goods . Good to have on hand.

Good enough to be my everyday flour.
I regularly bake sourdough bread, have for decades. Tried lots of brands of flour. This is my go to flour, as good as any and better than most for bread.

Much needed....
Was delivered with other items, happy it didn't open in the box. It definitely smells good, fresh and the expiration date is way ahead in time too.... I like to refresh my flour ever so often and this was a decent price compared to my local store. No bugs either.. lol . Quick Shipping.
