Great
I really liked this. The first story arc is a two part story by a different team then Detective Comics main team of Manapul and Buccellato. It's called Terminal and it's written by Benjamin Percy with the art done by John Paul Leon and Dave Stewart. Good story. Really loved the art, reminded me of Batman: Year one.Next is the four part Anarky story by the main team. Another good story with excellent art. Manapul and Buccellatos follow up to volume 6 Icarus is on point. Deff enjoyed their run on Detective so far. I'm not sure who's on the next volume of Detective Comics but I sure hope it's them. The next two stories are both contained in one issue. Solid but nothing special. Two great volumes in a row by Manapul and Buccellato, along with help from Percy, Leon Stewart on this volume

Anarky is cool
Following Gothtopia (Vol 6), this is not as good. There was more potential in the story that was not utilized.

3 words: V for Vendetta
The first story (single issue) was good. But then the writers followed it with something from V for Vendetta. So yeah, this lack of originality is so disappointing. DC should hire writers that have a successful and extensive experience crime/police procedural stories.
