I bought this for my 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited but it doesnt fit ..is there a differential kit i can buy so it does? Mine was a bit smaller ?

Based on your application of a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited the 2004785-2 will only fit if your Jeep has a Dana Super 44 with an Electronic Locking Differential, the 2004785-2 is 1.37" - 32 splines.. Since you state yours "was a bit smaller" that would indicate you do not have an E- Locker and the axle shaft you would need would be part number 2004449-1 which is 1.31" - 30 spline
