The head of my hospital bed goes up and down and the foot of the bed goes up and down. Does this mattress bend?

I use this mattress on a Drive hospital bed and yes, the mattress is flexible and bends enough to follow the bed head and foot angle adjustments and has corner elastic straps to keep the head and foot ends down on bed frame. You do need to have your body weight on the bed for it to stay down in the center when the head and/or feet are raised

How can this mattress be clean? Can it be washed or just wiped down?

. Very comfortable. Not waterproof just water resistant meaning you have to wipe it up right away. Cover it with bedwetting cover for protection. I clean it with disinfectant and baby wipes. Good for the cost thats for sure.

For folks who have had it for over a year, how does it hold up? Does it get a depression in the middle?

Its durable. I've had it three years. I flip it around every so often. The bottom is not the same as it has little tiny balls so it doesnt slide...but they wear off. I would place a small blanket on the underside if your a bed sitter on that area. Very comfortable. Not waterproof just water resistant meaning you have to wipe it up right away.
