At first, it was really hard and painful. I couldn’t breathe well but I didn’t give up and stayed on for 5 minutes. The pain started to subside and I was feeling more relaxed breathing more easily. After that, it became my daily routine for relaxing and back pain relief. I understand that it’s not comfortable but I don’t think if the material was more soft I would achieve the relaxation experienced.

I’m in the throws of spinal stenosis. I’ve gotten cortisone shots in my lower back. I have bad left leg sciatica. I’ll do anything for relief. I saw this product on Amazon and thought “why not.” It has proven to be very helpful providing relief from the pain. It also helps with general posture. Bad posture can also negatively affect my sciatica. I tend to naturally slouch with my shoulders rolled forward. This product is helping me change my posture.

got this for my husband, it just going to take a few days to get use to it, but he says his back felt somewhat better. His back popped a few times, guess that's what gives his back some relief.

Both my husband and I use this back stretcher daily. It's well made and does exactly what it's meant to do which is give your back a gentle stretch. Really gets the kinks out after sitting at a desk all day.

I'm glad I canceled the order for a different back stretcher (those flimsy plastic ones) and got this one instead. I have their neck stretcher and liked it so I decided to get this one too. I'm also glad I took a second to read the leaflet that came with this one. Their advice was actually a very helpful one: to bend your legs, position it attached to the body, and breathe out as you lie down. In my first try I felt so stiff and was holding my breath, then remembered the instructions and started letting go and relaxing my muscles into the product's shape. It worked! I could touch the carpet with my shoulders after a minute or so. They also recommend limiting the first few times to 2 minutes - which I thought was short, until I was stretched over it - it is somewhat painful until you can soften the muscles. I'm working with it every day and after 2 minutes already I'm really desperate to get up. It could certainly be my tight back, so I hope after more practice I can stay on it longer. Also, it could only be me, but it's really hard to get out of this position. I'm using a thick pillow on my sides to lean on. I can't get myself straight up after 2 minutes. This, I believe, also will change with consistent usage. all in all - the construction of this product is solid, which I like very much. It seems easy to clean, and definitely not going to break. I like it. I highly recommend it.

Quickly relieves occasional back pain and gives the back muscles a good stretch.

I have a bulging disc in my lower back. I thought this would fit my lower back back but it did not and was Hard and uncomfortable. I am short, 5’ so I think it was just too big. I do see this as a fit for someone taller.

Excellent for back stretcher. Highly recommended! Material is durable, provides the support required when in use, I prefer this compared to hard plastic.

An excellent product. Has been crafted together really well, very easy to use. Great strong material allowing for full benefit of the product itself. Great size and shape, priced well cheap and cheerful. Does exactly what it says, made to last long. Great quality. Does not stain easily at all, no mess involved or anything. Easy to install and make use of from the get go. Not had any problems with this, definitely an amazing product and one to get! Stretches the back really well. Very comfortable to use. Good to use before and after gym to reduce chances of any injuries to the back.

This back stretcher is made from a foam material, making it comfortable to use as it contours to the shape of your body. It's suggested to be used for at least 5 minutes a day to help with back problems, which I feel it's done an OK job of so far, but don't expect miracles. Having said that, I'm hoping the more I use it over the coming months, the more it will help. The price was £49.99 at the time of writing, which I think is very expensive for what it is though. All in all, it's a helpful back stretcher, but expensive.
