Cordless Hedge Cutter EasyHedgeCut 18-45 Excl. Battery/Charger | 18 Volt system, blade length 45 cm

I've already got a few Bosch batteries and couple of chargers so for the offer price of £42.95 it was a no brainer for me. Arrived today so already tried it out - works brilliantly for what I need it for: light trimming of bushes and hedges. I've only used it for 15 min or so, but battery is still showing 4/4. Product is lightweight and so easy to manoeuvre. Also, being battery powered means no more cut cables which I did manage before when I borrowed my parents wired version! 🙄

Very pleased with my purchase. I use to pay £70 twice a year to have a gardener cut my trees and hedges. Now I do my own and they paid for themselves after one cut. I also own the cordless pole trimmer and I have spare batteries on hand. The only thing I don't like is the dual safety handles that both have to be pressed to start the trimmers. Not easy up a ladder one handed but fixed with a small clamp. This is what I do to work one handed and I wouldn't recommend others todo this. I would recommend to others to buy this trimmer.

For me.... Cuts well in general 1.5m high hedge up to about 0.5cm dia branches. Can cut up to 1cm dia bramble if pieces taken one at a time. Ont he above and for first use, does not seem to jam for me (the auto un-jam may be working well). Running a 2.5aH battery I did about 7m hedge (top and front) and another 2m of light bramble/nettle and no sign of it slowing down (hot day and I needed a break) No issues with ergonomics other than length too long for my ideal but your need may be different. Suspect the end will wear out on the blade before the middle just because the end gets to do the tidy up stuff close to ground level. Overall, I would have liked something shorter with the same level of power+mechanics, but this had the least one star reviews of my options. Would buy again but with a 3yr (registered) guarantee hopefully I wont need to .

Handy and easy to use piece of kit! I purchased this because I cut right through the wire of my electric one and vowed never again! With the battery being interchangeable from my other Bosch products it was a no brainier!

Easy to use and the battery life is good for those small jobs. Lightweight but does the job just don't expect it to cut branches over 20mm thick - it's not meant to be a chainsaw!

I had some issues registering the hedge cutter with Bosch DIY.com. I already have Bosch tools registered. I was able to choose one of 3 choices, with a Greyish picture showing no battery. I finally got to register the product and upload my Amazon proof of purchase. As far as using the product - a lot easier than my 47" corded hedge cutter. I am not expecting this new battery one to have the same power cutting through thick hedges. But. no longer need to be aware of that cord wrapping itself around your legs. It is very light easily moves around, but you MUST have your awareness where the blade is!!!. The safety switch is good. Still early days in use so 4 stars for now.

Great hedge trimmer. My bush was getting a little wild. It had started claiming neighboring territory.

The battery required was not compatible with the battery I had for my other Bosch tools so sent back....

I am so unhappy that there wasn't a charger nor a battery. I now have to buy these items before I can use this item. This information was not very clear. Had I known, I would never have purchased it. I will be returning this item. Such a disappointment.

Easy to use and copes well with slightly thicker branches too. We have used it on a very old Jasmine type of climber and it coped very well. If anything I found it heavy on the first prune because the bushes and Jasmine were so overgrown. With regular prunings, it felt much easier to use. No regrets here.

De momento funciona bien y lo de la batería me daba igual porque tengo otros aparatos de la misma marca que traían batería.
