This is a clever design, it has "guide Grooves" down the sides and they are very effective. The packaging is superb , and comes in a little pouch. They definitely "designed" this and didn't just throw something together. Highly recommend. I have bought another

I love ceramic nail files. I was excited to see them from this brand and that they came in a case. Unfortunately they include a rough and smooth side, and rough will wear your nails down to the cuticle in seconds. It's unfortunate because, due to the shape which is triangular with ridges towards the thicker edges and the positioning of the handle, you are limited to using one side for each hand, i.e. rough for left and fine for right, unless you exercise some dexterity or choose toehold the file rather than the handle. I'd have preferred either left/right handed, or rough/fine options. This also broke off from the handle when dropped, despite being in the case.

I'm an admirer and repeat buyer of Zwilling kitchen knives and nail-care items, so was intrigued when I saw this. However, the file snapped even while in the supposedly protective case. Stick to what you know, Zwilling. You should be ashamed to have brought this very much sub-standard product to market.Worse still, though, is Amazon's shameful after-sales care (if you can even call it that), which, quite apart from being almost impossible to reach, seeks to absolve Amazon -- unlawfully -- from any responsibility after 30 days from delivery and refers the buyer to the manufacturer.

I have had a Zwilling nail file for years. About 3 years ago it broke but I continued to use. Have several times looked for replacement, but couldn’t find one. Recently bought this and very happy.

I ordered this because I wanted the longevity of a ceramic file. Why is a man shaping his nails with a file, you ask? I discovered years ago that when I cut my nails with clippers I constantly had hangnails on almost every finger. Filing them down eliminated that, and with practice it's just as fast as clipping.The blade is tapered like a knife blade: thick along one long edge and thinner along the other. There are grooves shaped into the surface along the thick edge and on either side of that same edge, presumably for getting into the tight areas at the corners of the nailbed. This configuration makes it harder to flip the file over when I'm filing the off hand - I ended up having to hold the file by the blade instead of the handle.The "coarse" side is very coarse, and the "fine" side is only slightly less coarse.The jury's still out on this one. I'll post an update after I use it for a while. I really hope it works out -- this thing was ridiculously expensive for x nail file.

J’utilise depuis des années ces limes en céramique qui permettent un limage des ongles très rapide et très efficace. J’en ai toujours une dans mes sacs à main… au cas où !!

La anterior la he usado durante veinte años, incluso rota. Esta es más grande y larga, tiene funda protectora y bolsa. Una maravilla para limarse uñas y piel y llegas a cualquier esquina. Un lado es grano grueso y el otro grano fino, rieles y diferentes espesores. Encantada con la compra.
