Just received the shampoo. Thankfully it was put in a sealed plastic bag before being put in the shipping envelope. The lid wasn’t on tight, actually it was very loose, and shampoo covered the bottle and inside the plastic bag. Maybe an 8th of the shampoo had escaped the bottle, not enough to send back, but the lids should be tightened when getting ready to ship.... just an FYI. Overall, the shampoo smells good. Did get it 4 days later than expected. It sat in New Orleans since Tuesday, today is Sunday.

Nothing wrong with the shampoo itself; I've used this brand numerous times. However, the cap was not tightly closed and the shampoo leaked, luckily in the plastic bag it was wrapped in, but also seeped through the cardboard box. I can salvage leakage of product, but lids need to be checked before shipment.

I Love fresh n clean product great scents been using them over all for 20+ years. However this makes my second bottle in a month t hat has delivered to me and has leaked a majority of the bottle out in pkg before i received it. Wont buy from this seller again!

I love using this soap for my dog! The bottle was leaking though, I would suggest putting a seal before sending in the mail.

I really like this product because it helps the itchy skin and has low fragrance. BUT it leaked in the mail. The cap was loose OR the bottle got too hot sitting on the porch. Suggestion: use packing tape to seal the cap on to prevent leaks during shipping.

My dog itches like crazy and I bathed him with this and it’s been about a month now and I just noticed he’s crazy itching again and it’s bath time so this must definitely work!

This smells soooo good and the smell stays a while. It didn't help with the itching but nothing does except for Cytopoint injections from the vet. I'll buy it just for the nice clean smell!

I got this product because of all the positive reviews. But when I got it, it had leaked a quarter of the bottle into the cardboard box. I bathed my dog with it and it felt no different to dawn dish soap. No moisturizer at all. Made her even more dry and itchy. And I have a black lab mix with border collie and shepherd.
