Goes on smooth, nice color. Doesn't last long on the waterline, but settles nicely into the bottom lash line. Does NOT irritate my sensitive eyes! That's what i was looking for.

No eye watering but does not last
I am still looking for a waterline liner that stays like they did in the 80’s. This eyeliner goes on smooth and dark after 2 hrs reapply repeat in another 2 hrs. Positives: it does not make eyes water like many do and seems to gather at the lash not smudging below the bottom lash, the only reasons i gave three stars
