THIS is eastern NC BBQ sauce! Love it!
THIS is what eastern North Carolina BBQ sauce tastes like! LOVE it! Spent many years in Goldsboro, NC trying different places and variations, this tastes like the best of them. Far better than Scott's sauce, which is made in Golsdsboro. Tart, strong vinegar flavor and NO tomato or ketchup garbage at all. Will be buying a lot more! Can't believe it's made in VA.

This is more a marinade as it is not like a thick syrup...nothing but what counts....very different from your typical waste expanding junk you find .....if your in to grilling & the art of marinading you will be well pleased..

This is a bit too sour for me. Its like vinegar. A bit too drastic for my liking. I do not like it.

It was a bit watery for me so I added a little ketchup to thicken but love the tart taste...pork ribs turned out awesome...the price might be a bit steep for size of bottle...
