I was skeptical about adding another item to my supplement stack, but glutamine came highly recommended and I have purchased products from Jacked Factory before which I have been happy with. I few weeks in and I believe this has worked as promised - Will be back for more.

UPDATED REVIEW: I am upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5 as my most recent container included the much needed longer-handled scoop!!! Not sure if the manufacturer read the reviews on here and responded or if it was mere coincidence. But either way, it is much appreciated!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Found this when I ran out of my regular, more expensive l-glutamine powder. I’ve used other JF supplements and have always had positive results so figured why not save a few bucks. Several months in, I don’t notice any difference in recovery or strength gains, and that’s a good thing because it proves this product is just as effective as the more expensive one I was using. I mix it into my post workout protein shake so it’s tasteless as far as I can tell. Mixes well with no noticeable clumping or leftover powder at the bottom of the bottle. I took one star off due to the scoop that comes with it. Need to include one with a longer handle!!! I don’t have big hands, but it is definitely a pain in the butt trying to scoop out once you start getting to the bottom of the container. (This is specific to the 100 serving container)

I feel all jacked factory products are top of the line. It is hard to measure the effect, but I take this product in my protein shakes quite often and am very satisfied.

Gives you some happy pep for a little while enough to do a project! Update, a few months ago it was $24.99 for 200 servings! This is now $19.99 for 100 servings. I understand there is inflation, but since this is getting expensive fast, with probably more hikes to come, I'm going to look elsewhere for better deals. Still like this product. Liked not having to order frequently at 200 servings as well.

Having determined I need to supplement with L-Glutamine, I originally bought pills. The pills did absolutely nothing for me. I did further research and realized a MUCH higher dose was needed and the only way to get that is in powder form. I was very reluctant to buy anything I had to drink but to my pleasant surprise, this is so easy and wonderful. Twice a day I mix the small scoop into my mushroom coffee and it blends in seconds seamlessly and tastes like nothing except maybe an ever so very slightly addition of sweet creaminess, but if you didn't know it was there, you'd never detect it. Now I am getting all I need and couldn't be happier. Oh and it's vegan fermented.... Can we just all agree that fermented everything is great?

This seems to do exactly what it says on the container. I started taking this about two months ago to help with two different issues: persistent bloating after meals and muscle soreness after heavy workouts. Because it is completely unflavored, it is incredibly easy to mix into my morning smoothie or post-workout protein shake without ruining the taste. I’ve noticed a difference in how fast I can bounce back after a heavy leg day, and my overall digestion has felt much smoother and less reactive. I used an other company before but unfortunately the 80 servings where more like 65, after buying three times and getting less than I paid for I had to find a new one. I am so happy I found this brand, I subbed to get one every 2 months to be safe, the price is just right too.
