How many gallons of water does this bottle treat

It says it will treat up to 20,000 gallons of water. It did kill the algae, but there is a better product in my opinion, made by HTH, that is much cheaper and does a better job. We were not real happy with this one.

Does this algicide create foam?

No it does not. This is an awesome product. Great for pool openings and as an algae preventative.

How long can I swim after treatment?

How long could you swim before the treatment? I treat in the early evening so I am confident it good to go next day.

Can you use this in vinyl pools

I don't see why not. Mine is fiberglass.
