Never spent £19 on a mug before but this is something a little special. Thought I'd give fruit tea a try after walking into a Whitards and talking to the tea specialist in there. Looked around for a suitable infuser, thought about at tea glass tea pot etc, then cam across this mug. Really glad I discovered this. Really nice quality, very strong feel to the glass even though it looks and sounds delicate but pretty solid to be honest. The infuser is good, let's a tiny bit of the most powdery bits through but to be fair I'm using fruit tea from M&S and cutting the tea bags open to infuse, cheaper than buying other loose teas. Not a problem at all. Word of advice don't start rubbing your finger round the inside of the infuser, it's well made but the metal has some tiny sharp bits which your going to get with a fine filter. Perfect brew every time, perfect amount for me every time with this mug size drink. The glass lid is a bit of genius to be fare, keeps tea even warmer once you remove the infuser just pop it back on and take your drink. The double wall glass is amazing, keeps the drink hot for ages and never let's the outside of the glass get anything but warm. With the addition of the glass lid you got a hot drink for some time. Overall well worth the money for me, im really enjoying trying different fruit tea and there's something relaxing about the process of brewing loose tea this way. Do yourself a favour and get one, well worth the money

So far it meets my needs. For me it would've been better if the mug was larger. Nice product. Recommend.

The mug itself is sturdy. The lid used for when waiting for tea to brew, and then turned upside down and used as ‘plate’ to place the used strainer on. Top too loose to stay on, so assumed it’s for the used strainer. Good size mug.

I am new to tea drinking. I usually only drink coffee but for some reason my taste is changing. So I thought I would try loose leaf tea because I like the ritual, but I didn't want the faff of a tea pot. My husband drinks tea but not interested in loose leaf and certainly won't give up his tea bags. So I spot this little beauty, which is a thing of beauty and I have fallen in love. Easy to use. 1.1 heaped teaspoon of loose tea 2. Pour on water to lip of strainer 3. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes with the lid on 4. Take off lid, take out the strainer, put the strainer on the lid 5. Enough room for the correct amount of milk for me 6. Perfect cup of tea just for me, the right amount to drink 7. Very easy to clean up the leaves in the sink 8. Experiment with more brands of loose tea My favourite? - Fortnum and Mason Irish Breakfast tea and the every day choice is Yorkshire/Yorkshire Gold. Who would of thought drinking tea could be so much fun? So I would recommend to anyone who drinks tea and doesn't want the faff of a teapot but would like to try other tea without wasting too much I washed in the dishwasher too.. Ideal for work Ideal gift for a tea drinker I highly recommend it so much, I am thinking of buying another one. And in case you were wondering, it is no good for coffee unless you grind it/buy it so it is not too fine. Went straight through the extremely fine mesh. I thought I would kill two birds with one stone, but alas I have to go back to the cafetière.. Enjoy....

Je connaissais ce produit et je le recherchais Très pratique individuel.. pour thé ou tisane avec filtre…transparent correspond au style que j’aime le prix est correct par rapport à d’autres sites !!

Questa tazza è veramente molto bella ed è di ottima qualità. Il filtro ha dei fori microscopici che evitano il passaggio delle foglie nell'infuso. Il vetro è cristallino e grazie alla doppia intercapedine conserva il calore all'interno, mentre la tazza esternamente è solo tiepida. L'unico problema è che l'insieme dà l'impressione di una estrema fragilità data la sottigliezza del vetro, ma probabilmente la tazza è più robusta di quel che sembra. Prodotto un pò caro ma top.

cute! Encourages me to steep my own tea which is cheaper and healthier too. I just grated ginger and let it steep in the infuser. Minutes later I'm enjoying home made ginger tea!

Se la regalé a mi padre y está encantado. Tiene muchas tazas de té pero dice que esta se calienta antes y que el filtro está muy bien hecho y que es el mejor que tiene. Esta encantado con el regalo
